Held leadership positions in the ULI Washington district council
Erin Talkington is managing director, director of consulting with RCLCO Real Estate Consulting. She has increased RCLCO’s sports and entertainment practice while expanding the company’s work with non-developer landowners pursuing public-private partnerships. In this job, she’s worked with 20 teams, cities, developers and landowners to advance their mixed-use developments adjacent to sports venues. Many of these venues will deliver within the next three to five years.
Talkington has become a trusted resource for clients nationwide and has helped advise and guide major real estate projects’ market strategy and implementation. One is the Point of the Mountain State Land Authority’s 600-acre redevelopment site. She also worked with the Green Bay Packers’ Titletown development.
Talkington has held leadership positions in the ULI Washington district council and contributes to the organization’s initiatives, including the Technology and Real Estate National Product Council.
