Kim Pagotto is a partner and commercial real estate attorney in Stroock’s Washington, DC office. In this role, she advises top developers, Fortune 500 clients, domestic and international businesses, and private individuals on complex leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development and finance issues.
Pagotto significant transactions cover office, retail, industrial, federal and state agencies, telecommunications, utility, and multifamily residential projects. Her real estate transactions include leasing, acquisitions, development, and finance. She also has a niche government real estate practice, advising the top three owners in the government real estate space in transactions requiring highly specialized expertise. She is one of the leading experts in government real estate, particularly GSA leasing.
Pagotto’s projects totaled over $2.6 billion. In one deal, she advised a long-standing client in signing Boston’s largest lease of the year. Pagotto advised Boyd Watterson’s first transaction in the New York City market. She shares her experiences by speaking on panels and writing content about the real estate industry.
Pagotto supports community service and pro bono legal work. She is a long-time contributor to the Leadership Council for Miriam’s Kitchen and a vocal advocate for the organization, which supports homeless veterans.
