Nancy San Pedro
Planned and implemented Empowered Women, a CRE networking event
Teaches asset management for the Institute of Real Estate Management
As senior vice president of asset management at Trademark Property Company, Nancy San Pedro manages a team of analysts, directors and vice presidents. The team integrates leasing, operations and construction efforts to deliver on the investment strategy for each of Trademark’s 16 properties.
San Pedro is highly skilled at leveraging analysis to streamline everyday processes, which includes everything from co-tenancy analysis to comparing metrics or considering higher upfront landlord contributions in exchange for higher base rents. Under her leadership, Trademark’s national asset management team aggregates this data to allow leasing, operations and owners to make decisions more efficiently and confidently.
Her impact on Trademark goes beyond day-to-day asset management work as she’s become a true champion of women in the commercial real estate industry. She planned and implemented a networking event to empower women across various facets of commercial real estate, an industry dominated by men. The half-day event, Empowered Women, encourages women to get to know each other, support each other and share their CRE expertise.
San Pedro also teaches the asset management track for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and other topics like budgeting, cash flow and reporting. She is also a UCLA Extension Real Estate Instructor.
San Pedro was president of the IREM Los Angeles chapter and was IMEM’s Young Professional Chair and Executive Councilor. Accolades include IREM LA President’s Award, IREM LA’s CPM of the Year and IREM Outstanding Young Professional.
These are a few reasons we chose Nancy San Pedro as one of the Texas Connect CRE’s 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others.
