Bianca Andujo

Bianca Andujo is the senior director of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare and is responsible for growing HUD healthcare loans. Though based in Dallas, Andujo specializes in seniors housing across the country.

She intuitively taps into her clients’ needs, matching them with custom solutions. Since starting her career, Andujo has been committed and dedicated to immersing herself in all parts of the commercial real estate industry. She has learned to listen to her clients’ needs and provide unbiased feedback and guidance for the best possible result.

Her grit, hustle and enthusiasm bring out the same characteristics in her clients, ultimately cultivating the best results for both parties. Andujo serves as a board member of the Vickery Meadows Youth Development Foundation. She was also a Leadership Dallas member.
