Jamie Safier is a managing director of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC). With over 13 years of finance experience, Safier provides commercial real estate capital markets financing solutions for her clients. Jamie’s primary concentration is the multifamily space, but she also boasts extensive experience sourcing lenders and investors on all product types. While she transacts nationally, her focus is the Houston market, where she has succeeded as an advisor, connecting her clients with the optimal partner to meet their investment goals.
She has closed over $1 billion in capital, including over $200 million in 2022, her highest year as a producer. She has consistently ranked as a top producer nationally at MMCC and finished among the top 20 in 2022. Safier serves as a senior member with Marcus & Millichap’s MMWomen.
Safier volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving on the World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Committee. She has been a committee volunteer for 12 years. She was recently named one of Houston’s Top 50 Women Leaders by Women We Admire. Safier is a mother to three children, ages 5 and 3 years and a 10-month-old.
