Pamela Koster

As a senior managing director with Berkadia Investment Sales, Pamela Koster oversees all aspects of the company’s Denver office’s institutional advisory and sales process. With over two decades of comprehensive industry experience and a focus on new business and client services, Koster has executed over $14 billion in total transaction volume. Since joining Berkadia, she has been an invaluable addition to the team, providing in-depth market knowledge, superior results, and the best possible client experience.
She started her corporate accounting career at JMB Realty (Heitman) in Chicago. She joined Moran & Company as an analyst and moved to Denver to open a Moran office and help grow the brokerage business. In 2018, Koster joined JLL as a managing director to build the company’s institutional advisory platform in Colorado.
Koster is a member of CREW Denver and NMHC. She received multiple Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors broker awards.
