April Fischer was recently promoted to executive vice president asset management at RED Development. With over 20 years of financing, asset and property management experience, Fischer is an accomplished professional leading underwriting ground-up developments and acquisitions and managing complex real estate transactions at RED Development. Her portfolio includes over 20 operating assets of approximately 7 million square feet.
Fischer is a creative problem solver and highly analytical in managing financial risks. She creates sophisticated economic models encompassing a wide range of variables to provide a comprehensive view of the viability of each project. She also fosters relationships among diverse stakeholders and effectively communicates with each, including investors, lenders, tenants and internal management.
