Closed more than 1.25 million square feet in transactions in 2022
Named Cushman & Wakefield's top producer in Las Vegas; received the corporation's Americas Achievement Award
Marlene Fujita Winkel, Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director, is a 20+ year commercial real estate veteran with a disciplined approach to capital markets investment properties in Nevada. Since January 2010, Marlene has completed more than 130 dispositions in the Las Vegas area and has been involved in more than 12.2 million square feet, totaling more than $5.7 billion in transactions.
In 2022, Winkel closed more than 1.25 million square feet in office and retail investment transactions valued at nearly $400 million in Las Vegas. The most prominent deal involved the $216 million sale of Tivoli Village, a 669,406-square-foot open-air mixed-use project in Las Vegas.
She was Cushman & Wakefield’s 2023 Top Producer in Las Vegas and among the top in Nevada for her production in 2022. She also received Cushman & Wakefield’s 2023 Americas Achievement Award.
Winkel is the legal guardian of a Down Syndrome man whom she and her parents raised from childhood. As such, she’s been active in assisting special needs children and has dedicated her time to her religious organization, a local autism non-profit group, a Cares program, and her foster brother. She is the mother of two teenage girls.
