As Matthews Real Estate Investment Services’ vice president of innovation, Chrisse Mulkey tackles complex challenges on both the support and sales side, finding solutions through technology to provide more efficiency and set standardized processes. A seasoned industry professional, Mulkey drives innovative strategies and spearheads growth initiatives for the company.

In proptech, where growth and innovation have accelerated, Mulkey excels at adapting to change quickly. Whether it’s a shift in market conditions, emerging technologies, or stakeholder feedback, she leads teams in pivoting while continuing to cultivate a competitive advantage.

Before joining Matthews, Mulkey spent over a decade at Marcus & Millichap, where she held multiple leadership positions, such as Vice President of the Project Management Office, Director of IS Business Engagement, and Technical Project Manager. As the Vice President of the PMO, she successfully managed a multimillion-dollar project portfolio, delivering strategic and tactical projects. She established a formalized PMO, implemented robust project documentation and tracking mechanisms, and nurtured executive involvement and sponsorship to enhance project clarity, direction, and adoption rates. One of her most significant career milestones occurred as part of a strategic project released bug-free after months of development to the public.
