Covering multifamily markets in seven states, the Northmarq Midwest team of Parker Stewart, Dominic Martinez and Alex Malzone closed 26 deals totaling $650 million during 2022.
The team’s largest sale involved a four-property, 1,288-unit generational portfolio with properties located in Madison, WI. The properties consisted of the 286-unit Carolina Apartments; the 330-unit Monticello; the 206-unit Monona Lakeview and the 466-unit Country Meadows.
Another major transaction for the team was the $70-million sale of Bold on Blvd, a 272-unit. Class A new build in St. Peters, MO. Completed in spring 2022, the property was approximately 80% occupied when it sold at the end of December. Bold on Blvd closed at a substantially higher price per door than any other sale in St. Charles County.
The team also brokered the $45-million sale of the 304-unit Prairie Vista Apartments in Peoria, IL.
