One notable deal in 2022 was the sale of the 1,653-unit Tri-Village Self-Storage Portfolio, with the properties in Columbus and Dublin OH. Seller Brexton had attempted to sell the portfolio for close to five years before Hatcher Coe Group received the listing.
Recent transactions included the sale of the Neighborhood Storage self-storage portfolio in and around Ocala, FL (one of the largest self-storage sales in industry history) and the Boardwalk 10 Property Portfolio, a 10-property, 3,369-unit self-storage portfolio located Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee.
During his time with Marcus & Millichap, Hatcher has brokered more than 701 transactions totaling more than $4.7 billion; Gabriel Coe has sold more than $4 billion in self-storage transactions, and Nathan Coe has closed about 355 transactions totaling $2.3 billion.
