Dan Leahy (Executive Vice President and Partner) and Adam Roth (Director of NAI Global Logistics) are partners with NAI Hiffman, located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. During 2022, the duo, which specializes in industrial property, completed 48 lease transactions and seven sales deals, totaling 5.7 million square feet. Total sales volume was $47 million.

One major deal for the team involved the leasing of the one-million-square foot CenterPoint Intermodal Center in Joliet, IL to Amazon. Leahy and Roth also worked with CenterPoint Properties, the owner, to develop the 73.3-acre site.

The transaction represented one of the largest industrial speculative building projects in Will County during 2022. The project’s economic impact provided hundreds of jobs to Joliet region residents, and potentially thousands of jobs over the length of the lease.
