John Stafford, Executive Vice President of Industrial at Colliers, specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. In his role, he is involved with both tenant and buyer representation. In 2022, Stafford was involved with 79 transactions at a sales volume of more than $70 million.
In one notable transaction, Stafford represented third-party logistics company Scarbrough in its expansion lease of a 415,000-square-foot building in Liberty, MO. He also represented flooring and countertop supplier MSI in it expansion to a 200,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility in Kansas City, KS.
Since 2006, Stafford has completed more than 1,000 leasing and sales transaction totaling more than 15 million square feet at a total volume exceeding $1 billion.
