Jonathon McClellan and Kyle Baskin are Senior Managing Directors at Marcus & Millichap and Senior Directors of the Manufactured Housing Division in Cleveland. They specialize in the sales and marketing of Manufactured Housing Communities nationwide. Connor Outcalt and Michael DiCillo joined the team in 2015 and 2016 where they have been specializing in Major MSAs throughout the nation.
During 2022, the team closed 51 transactions totaling $1.56 billion in transaction volume.
One of the most notable industry transactions brokered in 2022 was a manufactured housing portfolio with more than 5,300 sites located throughout the upper Midwest. The portfolio went to market in 2022 while interest rates were in the low 3% range but couldn’t close until Q3. Despite the challenges, the team negotiated a positive outcome for both buyer and seller.
Since 2005, the McClellan & Baskin MHC Group of Marcus & Millichap has closed on 641 assets totaling $6.55 billion. Of the 641 transactions, 625 were Manufactured Housing Communities. Over the span of the last 11 years, McClellan & Baskin have represented receivers, servicers, public & private reits, large and small private investment groups and national lenders.
