One notable transaction featured an acquisition and subsequent sale of a six-property assemblage in Chicago’s O’Hare industrial market. The property features construction of a $30-million, Class A industrial development, which is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2023.
Over the year, Disser closed leasing and sales transactions that led to record-breaking industrial asset values and record rents. He was also able to negotiate and complete many build-to-suite transactions, with net job creation in these projects potentially approaching 1,000 jobs.
