During 2022, Cushman & Wakefield’s Midwest Office Capital Markets Team closed 65 transactions totaling $1.7 billion.
Completed transactions in 2022 included representation of Met Life Investment Management and Allstate in the sale of the 1.7-million-square-foot Normandale Office Park in Bloomington, MN and Ryan Cos.’ sale of the 343,000-square-foot 10 West End Class A office building in St. Louis Park, MN for $117 million.
Other deals included the sale of the 480,000-square-foot 200 W. Jackson Blvd. in Chicago for $130 million and the 157,450-square-foot 1315 N. Branch, also in Chicago.
