Jon Lippard

Jon Lippard serves as General Counsel for MCS and leads the company’s Legal and Compliance Group. He manages many wide-ranging and frequently complex legal and regulatory issues at MCS.

Lippard, who boasts over 30 years of experience in business law, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and litigation, joined MCS in 2021 when the company underwent major transition and growth. Lippard played a vital role in all negotiations while swiftly addressing legal or regulatory issues.

Notable highlights include active involvement with negotiations regarding legal and contract issues connected with MCS’s acquisition of Chain Store Maintenance. Lippard also played an important role in opening MCS’s regional services centers, ensuring compliance with regulations and that the centers successfully execute field services for the company’s clients across the mortgage, residential rental, and commercial services business lines.

Before joining MCS in 2021, Lippard was the top legal executive for insurance, finance, technology, and telecommunications companies.

Lippard earned his law degree from Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University.
