Susan Glen is a partner at Dunn Carney LLP, where she practices real estate and business law. She leads the firm Real Estate and Land Use Team and is an active member of the firm’s Construction and Design Team.

Glen’s nearly 30 years of real estate transaction work includes acquisitions, sales, financing, Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and extensive lease negotiation experience. She has expertise in real estate development, industrial and office properties, environmentally impacted properties, mixed-use developments and easements, covenants, conditions and restrictions.

Her extensive experience with condominium and planned unit development construction and formation ranges from projects with a few dwelling units to complex mixed-use urban developments.

She is a member of the Oregon State Bar and has served on its House of Delegates and Real Estate and Land Use Selection Committee. Glen is a member of the Washington State Bar, American Bar Association, the Multnomah Bar Association and Oregon Women Lawyers, where she is a former Queen’s Bench Board Member. She is also a member of NAIOP (serving on the Public Affairs Committee) and CREW-Portland (former president and board member). Glen has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America.

Glen obtained her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
