For 40 years, Andrew Bassetti’s law practice has emphasized commercial real estate transactions. He practices extensively in real estate financing for lenders and borrowers, commercial leasing for tenants and landlords, real estate sales and acquisitions, and the formation of development joint ventures with institutional investors. He also practices in the areas of general business and corporate law.
Over his career, Bassetti has financed, leased, sold and developed high-rise office buildings, suburban industrial and office parks, apartment and mixed-use projects and retail shopping centers. He represents several large national and regional financial institutions in documenting and closing construction and term loans. His clients include domestic, Canadian and international.
Bassetti has been named a Washington “Super Lawyer” and given the highest possible rating (AV) by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He’s also been recognized by the Best Lawyers in America and Chambers U.S.A.
Bassetti is a former member of the Board of Trustees of Eastside Catholic School.
