As head of Cairncross & Hempelmann’s Real Estate Practice, David Herrman handles multiple projects, including financing, development, leasing, acquisition and disposition of significant projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Herrman develops strategies to support continued growth for his real estate clients in restaurants, hotels, mixed-use projects, condominiums, shopping centers and single-family homes.
Notable highlights include assisting Chris Hansen and his affiliated entities in acquiring, leasing and operating properties in the SoDo section of Seattle, which properties have been acquired to develop a new sports arena complex.
