His clients include a Forbes Global 2000 firm that provides managed services to business, governmental, and institutional clients worldwide, a private REIT currently deploying more than $1 billion to develop public infrastructure projects across the United States and publicly traded companies.
Notable transactions include leading a team representing an American food service, facilities, and uniform services provider as its principal real estate counsel nationwide. The team negotiated acquisitions, dispositions, and leases of several dozen facilities in the company’s domestic operating portfolio of more than 230 facilities.
Ostermeyer was also co-lead counsel in representing a $5-billion company in acquiring an office campus on land leased from the Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District.
