Notable highlights include advising on the disposition of Western Convenience Stores Inc.’s retail outlet portfolio of 42 C-stores located throughout Colorado and Nebraska, representing a borrower in a construction loan to finance the development of a 600-room Great Wolf Lodge resort in Southern California and representing Focus Corporation in a complex financing structure to develop a Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Denver.
Fowler is a member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and NAIOP Colorado, where she has served on that organization’s board. She’s on the Parkinson Association of the Rockies’ board and The Women’s Foundation of Colorado’s development committee.
She’s been recognized by the Best Lawyers in America, The Legal 500 U.S. and Chambers U.S.A. Fowler also received NAIOP’s Award of Excellence.
Fowler received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
