Kyle Hettinger, a partner in Perkins Coie’s Real Estate practice, has over 25 years of experience in real estate, commercial lending, transaction, and business counseling. He represents clients in development, leasing, agreements, easements and rights-of-way, title insurance, mechanics’ and materialmens’ liens, real estate foreclosure and secured financing of real estate transactions. His client list includes homebuilders, master-planned community developers, commercial landlords and tenants, commercial developers, lenders and borrowers and CMBS special servicers.
Highlights include representing CMBS special servicers in numerous REO matters, representing utility companies in leveraged lease financing of a $939-million, 400-megawatt coal-based generating facility in eastern Arizona and representing a developer in the acquisition and development of a 750-lot master-planned community and 18-hole championship golf course.
Hettinger is recognized by the Best Lawyers in America: Real Estate Law and Chambers U.S.A. and has a peer-review rating AV in Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona and Maricopa County Bar Association.
Hettinger received his J.D. from the Columbia Law School.
