Blair Lichtenfels is a shareholder with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. As co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, Lichtenfels advises developers and equity investors on urban infill, brownfield, master-planned, mixed-use and transit-oriented developments. She handles the state’s entitlement, acquisition, development, and sale of industrial assets. She also focuses on multifamily and mixed-use development, providing counsel on community outreach and strategic guidance on public-private partnerships while offering advice related to entitlement review and acquisition/disposition.

She recently represented Mill Creek Residential Trust in acquiring and developing several multifamily projects in Denver. She also represented Continuum Partners in redeveloping the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center 9th and Colorado campus into a mixed-use project.

Lichtenfels is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association and Colorado Women’s Bar Association. She is a founding member and co-chair of KIPP: Colorado Schools Advisory Board and is on the Economic Development Council of Colorado’s board. She also served on the Denver Center for Arts & Technology boards and the Emily Griffith Foundation.

She has been recognized by the Best Lawyers in America, Colorado Super Lawyers and the 5280 Top Lawyers.

Lichtenfels received her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
