Hugh O’Halloran

As a partner leader of Holland & Hart’s Resorts, Lodging and Leisure practice, Hugh O’Halloran represents hotel and resort developers, owners, lenders, and operators in running their real estate portfolios. Much of his acquisition and development work includes golf courses and associated residential and mixed-use ventures.
Notable transactions include the representation of a boutique hotelier acquiring ownership and management interests in condominium hotels, ongoing representation of a real estate investment fund focused on acquisition, development, financing and operation of hospitality-oriented real estate portfolios and continued representation of a multinational consumer products company in North American real estate matters, including office building acquisition, leasing, and redevelopment work.
O’Halloran has been recognized by Chambers U.S.A. and the Best Lawyers in America. He’s a member of the State Bar of Wyoming and the Teton County Bar Association. He is president of the Teton County Search & Rescue Foundation, on the Teton County Library Foundation board, and past chair and board of directors on the Grand Teton National Park Foundation.
O’Halloran obtained his law degree from the Marquette University School of Law.
