Stacie Trott is the co-chair of DLA Piper’s New York Real Estate Practice and co-chair of the Firm’s Global Real Estate Practice. Her practice focuses on highly structured corporate and commercial real estate transactions, emphasizing European and Asian cross-border matters. She advises institutional private equity firms, global investment managers and real estate investment funds in complex joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financings of office, hotel, multi-family, logistics, industrial, storage and retail assets.

Recent matters include representing a global investment manager in the acquisition, joint venture and financing of leasehold interests in a portfolio of hotels in Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands and Turkey. She also represented an institutional private equity firm in the acquisition, joint venture, development and financing of a multifamily residential community in the UK.

She is a National Association of Women Lawyers and the New York Bar Association member.

Trott received her J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law.

These are some of the reasons why we are honoring Stacie Trott with Connect CRE’s 2023 National Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
