As a partner with Saul Ewing, David Falcone concentrates on leasing, commercial real estate transactions, acquisition and disposition matters, land use and zoning approvals and condominium formation and governance. He advises clients, including local landowners, developers, REITs and others.
He also appears before southeastern Pennsylvania municipal governing bodies, zoning hearing boards, and planning commissions. He has secured zoning and land development approvals for various clients, including regional and local developers of residential housing, public schools, banks, retail stores, industrial sites, and national telecommunications providers.
Falcone is a member of Saul Ewing’s Government Involvement and Evaluation committees. He is also a member of the Pro-Bono Law Society, the American Bar Association Real Property Section and the Delaware Bar Association Real and Personal Property Section. He serves on the Radnor Soccer Club’s board of directors and St. Joseph’s Preparatory School Alumni Board of Governors.
He is recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. The Delaware County Planning Commission honored Falcone with its William H. Bates Memorial Award for Innovative Land Development Award.
