Richard J. Giusto is co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Real Estate Practice. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions and leasing and corporate transactions.
Notable transactions include representing Burger King Corp. on multistate real estate and corporate transactions, representing Seagis Property Group and KTR Capital Partners on acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters and representing Invesco Realty Advisors on their national acquisition, disposition and management of real estate assets.
Guisto is former chair of The Miami Foundation and the University of Chicago’s Parent Leadership Council. He is also a former I Care I Cure Foundation board member. He is on FinanzButik’s board of directors and TopMed Realty’s Advisory Board.
Guisto is recognized by the Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers and The Legal 500 U.S. and is Rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. Law360 honored him with its “MVP” designation, and Daily Business Review named him a “Top Dealmaker of the Year.” He received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
