Eric Landau is a partner and Chair of the Real Estate Department at Paul Hastings. His real estate practice represents diverse clients and interests, focusing on sophisticated joint ventures, hospitality, borrowing, acquisitions, leasing and mixed-use development transactions.
Clients Landau represents include Millennium Partners, The Witkoff Group, Lightstone Development Group, Investcorp International, Silverstein Properties, Nobu Hospitality, Extell Development, Junius Real Estate Partners, Fisher Brothers, Morgan Stanley, Turnbridge Equities, and Related Fund Management.
Notable representations include working with Millennium Partners to develop and finance eight high-end mixed-use projects in San Francisco, Boston, Washington, D.C., Miami, Atlanta and New York. Landau also represented The Witkoff Group, Lightstone Partners and Extell Development in the acquisition, financing and development work on mixed-use developments in New York City, Los Angeles and Miami.
Landau has been recognized by Chambers U.S.A. and the Legal 500 U.S. He obtained his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
