Represented global equity fund in matters involving construction and financing of residential units
Advised a borrower in obtaining a $500-million warehouse credit facility
Randolph Perry, a partner in the Los Angeles office, serves as head of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe’s Real Estate practice. He focuses on real property, distressed assets, secured loan acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and hospitality transactions.
Perry has assisted opportunity funds, operators/developers, pension funds, pension fund advisors, investment banks, financial institutions, non-bank financial institutions and private equity funds in acquiring and disposing of real property, selling distressed loan portfolios, and mezzanine and permanent financings.
He recently represented a global private equity fund in the acquisition, development and financing of the construction of single-family residences, condominium units and other residential property. The ten residential developments contained more than 7,800 units at an estimated retail value of over $3 billion. Perry also advised a leading direct real estate lender as a borrower in a $500-million warehouse credit facility secured by bridge loans funded by the client.
Perry is a member of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Real Property Section.
Perry has been recognized by the Legal 500 U.S. and Chambers U.S.A. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School.
