Vivian de las Cuevas-Diaz is an attorney in Holland & Knight’s Miami office and serves as the deputy section leader of the Real Estate Section. She assists in managing the firm’s nationwide real estate practice.
de las Cuevas-Diaz assists with developing solutions for various complex real estate transactions for her U.S.-based and international clients. She focuses on multifamily housing, industrial projects, hospitality, retail, residential development and office buildings. Her experience includes handling joint ventures, leasing, financial transactions and workouts.
de las Cuevas-Diaz is a member of the Women’s Hispanic Executive Association (where she served as secretary), CREW-Miami, Urban Land Institute and the Latin Builders Association. She has served on the Florida State University Board of Trustees and Real Estate Foundation board. Her other board memberships included the Coral Gables Community Foundation, Beacon Council and Cuban American Bar Association.
