Natalie Prager is a partner in the Real Estate sector at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Her practice involves commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, land development, joint venture agreements, acquisitions and dispositions. She also represents private and public clients nationwide with acquiring, financing, selling and operating hotel and condominium properties.
Prager also leads BCLP’s global hotels and hospitality practice, where she represents property owners and investors, private equity and real estate funds, operators of hotels, serviced apartments and other leisure facilities.
Transactions include representing a global real estate investment and redevelopment company in a $300-million recapitalization of a brownfield site property developed into a life science center in south Boston and representing a global real estate investment and redevelopment company in the high-profile $240-million acquisition of a brownfield site in Philadelphia.
Prager was appointed to serve as an HR People Partner within BCLP’s real estate practice group, where she provides on-the-ground support for people-related matters and projects. She is recognized by Florida Super Lawyers. She received her J.D. from the University of Miami.
