Prepared research and proposals for subscription lines and BTR housing construction loans
As BOK's underwriter, she underwrote more than $130 million of various loans in 2022
In her role as Relationship Manager – Commercial Real Estate, Victoria Ridgway is the “go-to” person for underwriters and support staff. At the request of BOK Financial senior management, Ridgway prepared research and proposal reports for two new product lines: subscription lines and build-for rent housing construction loans. She prepared this subscription line proposal after only a two-year tenure in commercial real estate and is now considered a subject matter expert on this topic.
Prior to her 2021 promotion to Relationship Manager, Victoria was one of BOK Financial’s most productive underwriters. In 2021, she independently underwrote over $135 million of complex loans ranging from credit tenant build-to-suit to multifamily construction and value-add office. In 2022, she underwrote $130 million of loans, including $125 million of originations.
She is an active member of the ULI.
