Kristina Cutillo

Kristina Cutillo is a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in office/life science agency leasing and tenant representation. In 2022, her two-person team completed 118 transactions with a total consideration of $157 million. Cutillo’s team is one of the top-producing office and life sciences teams in Arizona as well as individual and team top producers in Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office.

Two of the team’s most high-profile transactions in 2022 included executing a 54,000-square-foot multi-floor lease for Blue Origin and representing MIND 24-7 in leasing 66,906 square feet of space.

Cutillo joined Cushman & Wakefield just a few weeks before offices around the world closed due to COVID-19. Despite these challenges of the pandemic, Cutillo executed 200 transactions over the past three years.

Cutillo has earned Cushman & Wakefield’s Top Associates list in Arizona and number-one junior broker in for the firm’s Phoenix office. An active member of NAIOP, she also serves on the organization’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee.

Cutillo is also the Phoenix Chair for Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders (CWFL) employee resource group and has been selected as the national winner for the CWFL 7 Under & 7 (years), based on her community service, exceptional performance, outstanding character and active learning.
