Olivia Klever, Avison Young Property Manager, began her CRE career in 2015 after graduating from ASU. She has been promoted four times within the past six and a half years, highlighting her discipline as well as her willingness to learn and grow no matter what situation presents.

Before coming to Avison Young, Klever worked as an Assistant Property Manager at CBRE, where she was named CRE RISE employee. When she joined Avison Young, she took charge of a challenging portfolio of office properties with which past managers struggled. After one year of complete focus on the project, she now receives continual client and tenant praise regularly. 

Klever is known for self-motivation, intelligence, an eye for detail, wit, good nature, discipline, kindness and a strong work ethic. She is loyal, a natural leader, a thoughtful teacher and all who know her gravitate towards her.
