Company increased its portfolio in Denver to more than 500 units in the past three years
Brennen Degner is CEO and Co-Founder of DB Capital. He launched the company with partner Devin Antin.
DB Capital Management is a vertically integrated real estate investment group with over $600 million in assets under management. The firm focuses on owning and operating multifamily property in strategically targeted submarkets across the United States. During the past 36 months, DB Capital increased its portfolio in the Denver Colorado MSA to over 500 units. The company has also made significant acquisitions in its target markets in Colorado, Texas, Utah and Nevada.
The key to DB Capital’s continued and steady growth has been the ability of Degner and his team to acquire value-add opportunities in top tier submarkets outside of major metros that exhibit strong economic growth.
In addition to his duties with DB Capital, Degner is President of Peak Renovation Partners and an active board member in Skyline Management Group. His involvement with all three requires him to wear a lot of hats.
