In his role as NSTAR Partners Co-Founder, Thomas Wolff is part of the company’s investment committee and is primarily responsible for investment sourcing, acquisitions analysis, market selection, strategic planning and the firm’s capital markets strategy.

Prior to founding NSTAR Partners, Wolff served as a Director at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage in San Diego, where he assisted clients in optimizing their use of capital when acquiring, refinancing, and recapitalizing multifamily communities. During his Berkadia tenure at the firm, Wolff’s team originated more than $2 billion in commercial debt and equity.

Wolff also had a successful career as a multifamily broker with Berkadia Real Estate Advisors. He and his team facilitated the sale of more than 15,000 units across 85 properties, at a sales volume of $1.3 billion. He began his career as an operations analyst at NorthStar Management and Consulting.
