Worked with Ryan Companies to close the largest C-PACE transaction in Austin, TX
As Senior Vice President, Matthew McCormack is responsible for loan origination, loan underwriting and portfolio monitoring for PACE Loan Group. McCormack has completed C-PACE transactions across the nation, working with complicated capital requirements and educating bankers to receive lender consent on PACE as a gap filler for the capital stack.
Notably, McCormack worked with Ryan Companies to close the Grove Senior Living, the largest C-PACE transaction in the Austin, TX MSA. He also worked with United Properties in closing Minnesota’s largest C-PACE transaction, the Four Seasons Hotel at RBC Gateway.
