Allison Evarts
Participated in more than 100 deals worth $2.5 billion in aggregate in the past year
Responsibilities include analyzing deals for capital sources and managing loan processes
Allison (Alli) Evarts joined NewPoint Real Estate Capital in 2021 as a Senior Production Associate. She has been promoted twice and as a Senior Production Associate, Evarts manages a pipeline for a prolific originations team serving a national client base. Her day-to-day responsibilities include sizing deals for various capital sources and managing the loan process and external parties.
One particular area where she has shined has involved identifying and mitigating weaknesses in deals. In the past year, Evarts has participated in more than 100 deals worth $2.5 billion in aggregate, including $1.35 billion in closed transactions.
According to her manager John DeWitt (Senior Managing Director in Originations and one of the top producers in the multifamily lending industry), Evarts possesses a rare combination of quantitative and qualitative skills, which has her destined to rise quickly within the commercial real estate finance industry.
Evarts has built a robust network within NewPoint and the industry, and ultimately wants to transition into originations. Her downtime between deals is spent identifying new prospects and determining how NewPoint can best support their financing needs. Outside of NewPoint, Evarts is involved with networking groups such as Young Philly CRE Networking, CREW, and YREP DC.
