Directly involved in arranging more than $2.4 billion in mortgage debt

Brokered 135 deals consisting of permanent, construction, bridge and mezz financing

Harvey Pava, Managing Director of Capital Markets in commercial real estate finance, joined Walker & Dunlop in February 2017. He is responsible for financing commercial real estate properties nationwide, including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality and industrial assets.

Since joining Walker & Dunlop, Pava has advised and provided financing for an extensive list of institutional and non-institutional clients, including family offices, private equity funds and privately held investment companies. He has been directly involved in arranging more than $2.4 billion in mortgage debt and has brokered 135 deals.  These transactions include permanent , construction, bridge, and mezzanine financing. 

Pava sits on the board of Mesorah NJ, an organization that helps generate community for young Jewish adults. He is also involved in the Rutgers Jewish Xperience.
