In his eight years in the industry, Joey Tumminello has achieved the position of Senior Managing Director with Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap. Under his leadership, his team’s total revenue skyrocketed, quadrupling since his arrival, while his client list has expanded exponentially.
Tumminello is quick to attribute his success to his close-knit team of partners and support staff, who work diligently alongside him every day to provide clients with the critical insights they need to make informed decisions.
In his role, Tumminello leads all dispositions activities including asset underwriting, market research, asset positioning and marketing strategies to maximize value for clients.
Since starting out as an intern with IPA Texas, Tumminello’s focus has been on client relationships. His contributions played a pivotal role in securing IPA Texas’ position as a market leader in the fiercely competitive Dallas-Fort Worth multifamily sales arena.
