Earned Colliers' Everest Club award as top 10% producer

Delivers consultancy services to industrial developers and investors

As the Executive Vice President and leader of the Colliers Industrial Capital Markets team in Central Florida and the southeastern U.S., Ryan Vaught relies on his extensive experience and unique insights to deliver outstanding consultancy services to industrial developers and investors across the country.

Prior to joining Colliers in 2018, Vaught spent over five years with JLL as Senior Vice President, building an extensive portfolio while leading JLL’s industrial services platform in Tampa.

Vaught earned Colliers’ Everest Club award as a Top 10% producer in the company, the Colliers’ Nationwide Value Award, Business Observer’s 40 under 40, Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Heroes at Work and JLL’s Top Gun award (also for Top 10% producers).

Having relocated frequently during his youth, Vaught learned early on to adapt to new environments and situations. He turned that experience into a skill that served him well in the military, where he led a unit of 150 people with a wide variation of age ranges. Following a relocation from California to Florida, Vaught coached youth soccer for several years, applying his leadership and team-building skills to help prepare young athletes to reach their full potential.

These are just a few reasons we chose Ryan Vaught as one of Connect CRE Florida & Gulf Coast’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
