JT Faircloth

JT Faircloth is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield. He specializes in representing tenants, landlords, and owner-occupiers throughout the Tampa Bay area. He also focuses on land acquisition/disposition for industrial development (spec and build-to-suit) along with agricultural land for solar projects.

Faircloth works with team members John B. Jackson and Casey Perry on all assignments. In the past 36 months, Faircloth and his team have completed over six million square feet of industrial sales and leasing transactions along with 2,300 acres of land transactions.

He has an eye for finding new opportunities, particularly off-market industrial and agricultural land deals; in most cases, these deals involve navigating multiple owner assemblages. Over the past two years, transaction value for these deals alone has exceeded $100 million.

Faircloth received his SIOR designation this year. He is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders (CWFL) program, serving as the group’s Chairman for the Tampa office for the group in 2021. He was also honored as a CWFL 7 Under 7 award recipient. He’s also been named Top National Producer and Rookie of the Year by the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors.

Faircloth also serves as board member of Pig Jig, an annual event that raises money for NephCure.

JT started his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as an intern and joined full time as an Associate in 2019. He has since earned two promotions.
