In his position as Principal with Alexander Goshen, Miles Alexander III is well-versed in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, investment life-cycle management, commercial finance, leasing, contract negotiation and more. With a proven track record of generating multimillion-dollar business growth and harvesting winning results for investors, Alexander is well respected and hard working.

He began his professional career as the Chief Financial Officer with Refuge Family Care, Inc., increasing revenue by 100% within three years and reducing overhead by 35%. He then launched his own firm, Alexander Goshen, in 2014. The company currently holds more than $280 million in assets.

Alexander has spearheaded other entrepreneurial ventures including a private equity firm, a diverse entertainment company, restaurants, fitness gyms, clothing lines, health supplements, beverage labels, and senior citizen facilities. Committed to giving back, Alexander is a mentor at the Restoration Community Resources Inc.

Alexander is an honorably discharged United States Army veteran; during his military career, he earned many commendations and medals.
