Dakota Brown is a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s Capital Advisory Team. In his role, he specializes in equity, debt and financing solutions for owners and investors of all commercial property types. Brown joined the firm in 2021 as a Financial Analyst before transitioning into a brokerage position.
During his tenure with Franklin Street, Brown helped grow the equity side of the business by facilitating 500 limited partnership and joint venture equity relationships. He also managed the buildout of the company’s capital markets debt and equity customer relationship management; this holds 690 equity relationships and 650 debt relationships. During the past year, he facilitated more than $24 million in debt and equity originations.
Brown is a member of the Florida West CCIM Chapter and the Tampa REIC.
