Recipient of MMCC's Rising Star, NAIOP's Development Leader and Connect CRE Mortgage Broker awards

Garrett Fierstein has been with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) since 2017 and was named Rookie of the Year for the Orlando office a year after joining. In his role as First Vice President, Fierstein offers a strong work ethic and the ability to manage a large volume of finance transactions.

During 2022, Fierstein closed nearly $145 million in deals, leading him to win the National Achievement Award for the second year in a row. Fierstein values client relationships first and foremost, consistently prioritizing their wants and needs, while maintaining a clear and open relationship. He will never leave a client in the dark, and they know they can trust he will be upfront, thoughtful and ethical. Because of this, his client relationships are some of the strongest colleagues have seen. He also demonstrates a style of leadership in which those on his team are always learning, are never afraid to ask questions and know they can trust he has everyone’s best interests in mind.

These are just a few reasons we chose Garrett Fierstein as one of Connect CRE Florida & Gulf Coast’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
