Bill Wenner
Oversees entire development process for the firm
Assists in coordinating activities including scoping contracts and site access
Bill Wenner is Vice President of Development with Shoreham Capital. In his role, he oversees the entire development process, including entitlement, selection of architects and other professionals, arranging often complex financing, construction management and, ultimately, sales and marketing.
Wenner assists in coordinating consultant activities. These can include scoping contracts, providing access to sites during pre-development, and facilitating interaction among design teams. He is incredibly collaborative, often working with external partners, building consultants, architects, designers, and marketing and PR agencies.
Wenner joined Shoreham from Vanke U.S., where he served as Vice President. His responsibilities included managing Vanke’s portfolio of new construction and owned assets across San Francisco, Seattle, and Los Angeles, with project budgets topping $1 billion.
