Grew HSR's North Texas to 5,000 units before being tapped to lead Atlanta team

Currently focused on multifamily component of Atlanta's Science Square

Scott Kirchhoff serves as a Senior Vice President with Trammell Crow Company’s residential subsidiary, High Street Residential (HSR). Based in Atlanta, Kirchoff leads the Atlanta office’s multifamily team in sourcing, shaping and executing developments throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Kirchoff previously worked with the HSR team in Dallas. Due to his success and professional accomplishments in that market, he was tapped by the leadership team in 2022 to relocate to Atlanta and lead the multifamily there.

During his time with TCC and HSR, Kirchoff helped significantly grow the firm’s HSR multifamily practice in North Texas, from a few hundred units developed to over 5,000 units. At the same time, he delivered above-market returns to the partnerships while setting multiple record sales prices. He has worked on or been involved in various capacities on 18 projects throughout Texas totaling more than 5,000 units and $1.9 billion in project costs, which includes in process, under construction and completed.

He is starting off big in Atlanta, where he is focused on the multifamily component of Science Square, a mixed-use innovation community offering premier commercial lab/R&D and residential real estate. The project is HSR’s first in Atlanta. The 14-story building will include both affordable and market-rate apartments, with delivery set for Q1 2024. In addition, Kirchoff has a 350-unit, seven-story development under contract and in design within the Central Perimeter submarket.

These are just a few reasons we chose Scott Kirchoff as one of Connect CRE’s Atlanta & Southeast 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
