Projects located in eight U.S. states; focus on owner-refurbished equipment and prefab programs

Kyle Fenner, MGAC Senior Vice President, has more than 15 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects focused on Edge, large colocation and enterprise mission critical facilities.

Fenner brings experience in land due diligence, construction contract negotiation and management site development and permitting, project controls, building commissioning and quality control. He has the proven ability to create and motivate highly efficient construction project teams.

Throughout his professional career, Fenner has completed more than 1 gigawatt of data centers, and is actively overseeing an additional 675 megawatts in active construction.
