As Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Nashville office, Kelly Sullivan specializes in office leasing, representing both tenants and landlords. She works with clients and properties across Nashville. She also represents various clients on their multi-market portfolios throughout the United States.
During 2022, Sullivan was involved in leasing transactions totaling 336,000 square feet, valued at $40.7 million. One notable transaction took place with colleague Jenna Mueller, who represented a sublandlord on a 56,000-square-foot office lease in Brentwood, TN. This was recognized as one of CoStar’s Top Office Leases in Nashville as part of the Power Broker Quarterly Deals Awards.
Sullivan earned her CCIM in 2017 and has sat on the institute’s board. She’s an active member of NAIOP’s Nashville Chapter and Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders internal employee resource group.
